- Personality -

A rather kindhearted and carefree female, Cloudchaser has always been known for her positive spirit. Intelligent and caring, she is very loyal to her friends and clanmates and does her best not to make any enemies; any enemies she does gain she tries to do right to however she has wronged them, attempting to understand their point of view. Despite the seriousness of her job, Cloudchaser is also a playful pokémon who especially enjoys running and swimming, and playing games with younger kits and apprentices. However, do not let this fool you, as she is every bit as dependable as the senior healers that came before her.

- History -

Cloudchaser was born during the winter months, when snow layered the ground around the ruins within which LightClan makes it's home. The snow this year was particularly heavy, and a few days after Cloudchaser was born, part of the roof of the nursing den fell in, having been previously covered with dense growths of ivy, spreading snow into one corner of the den. Cloudchaser, ever the curious youngster - even as a newborn, attempted to explore the unfamiliar thing, padding through it with her white tipped paws. Her mother, though concerned, couldn't help but realise that it looked like she was almost walking on clouds, and so named her daughter Cloudkit in honour of this first experience.
Before becoming an apprentice, young Cloudkit made a conscious decision that she wanted to become a Healer rather than a Warrior, valuing her relationships with others and wishing for the ability to help her friends in need rather than be responsible for harming others. As such she asked for the privilege to become the healer's apprentice, training under them for many moons until she was ready to become a fully fledged Healer. The suffix that was added to her name, -chaser, was chosen to represent her playful attitude but also her nimble feet. Multiple times a few of the warriors have wished she was trained with them rather than as a healer as she is quick on her feet, taking after her mother in this respect. Nevertheless, Cloudchaser refuses to give up her position, glad that she can help her clan in a way she is comfortable.
Cloudchaser decided to evolve into a Vaporeon shortly after becoming a full healer, her father telling her the benefits and drawbacks of each evolution that she could choose. To this day she is not sure why she chose to become a Vaporeon, other than it felt right to her.

- Relationships -

Nettlewing the Maractus
Former Mentor and Friend
This kindly old Maractus was the healer before Cloudchaser. She has since retired, but if Cloudchaser is ever unsure about something she'll often come to her for advice. Named at birth for the spikes all Maractus have, that sting like nettles when touched. The suffix -wing comes from her taking others under her wing, giving advice where and when she can even as a young apprentice.

Cinderflight the Typhlosion
Mother
Cloudchaser's mother, a Typhlosion who is quick on her feet and as such is quite a speedy warrior. Named Cinderkit at birth for accidentally scorching some nearby plantlife after a sibling surprised her, reducing the plants to ash and cinders. The suffix -flight comes from how quick and swift she is, like the flight of a bird. Though Cloudchaser takes after her father in appearance, she has her mother's kind hearted nature and swift feet. The young Vaporeon gets along well with both of her parents though she will talk about the things plaguing her mind with her mother rather than her father.

Duskfire the Jolteon
Father
Father to Cloudchaser, Duskfire is a Jolteon who was named Duskkit at birth for for his darker fur. Upon becoming a warrior he was given the suffix -fire due to his battle prowess, being described by his clanmates as being as unstoppable as a raging fire when it came to protecting his clan. Oddly, though they are polar opposites in desire - Duskfire having always wanted to learn the art of battle to help his clan by defending them - they get along famously. The Jolteon has a more playful relationship with his daughter than Cinderflight, often poking harmless fun to cheer her up when she is down. Duskfire is however rather fierce when anyone threatens his family. Even within his own clan he will not tolerate someone bullying or insulting his mate or either of his children. In this respect he can sometimes come across as harsh and needlessly angry.

Emberstorm the Quilava
Brother
Cloudchaser's only sibling is her brother, a Quilava. Emberstorm is a proud creature but he has good relationship with Cloudchaser and has recently earned his full name as a LightClan warrior. The suffix -storm comes from his power, whilst he was named Emberkit at birth due to his fire typing. Emberstorm is very much a mix of his two parents in personality, having his mother's caring nature, but also his father's playfulness and desire for battle and honour. Very brave and courageous, Emberstorm does often take risks that aren't necessary, and some wonder if he does it just for the thrill and are cautious of his sometimes reckless behaviour. Nevertheless, Cloudchaser is always there for him, and vice versa, the two being quite close.

- Other Notes -

Not mentioned above other than in the history due to including a picture for physical appearance rather than a description, but Cloudchaser has white paws rather than the normal blue of a Vaporeon.
